Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using hairforge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use hairforge on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Service

hairforge provides beard-style guides, optional AI-assisted face-shape recommendations, paid AI beard previews, and related grooming content. Browsing and choosing styles is free; personal photo previews require the Credits shown before confirmation. AI output is an approximation for personal style exploration and may not match a real haircut, beard growth pattern, or grooming result.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Uploads and Generated Results

You must have the right and permission to upload every image you submit. Do not upload another person's photo without their informed permission, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights. hairforge may process uploaded photos only to provide the selected feature, maintain security, and troubleshoot service failures as described in the Privacy Policy.

Generated previews are for personal grooming exploration. They are not medical, biometric-identification, employment, insurance, or identity-verification advice. You remain responsible for how you use or share a generated result.

Payments and Credits

hairforge sells one-time credit packs. The checkout page shows the final price, currency, included Credits, and any tax before you pay. Credit packs do not renew automatically and expire after the validity period shown for the selected pack. Credits are account-bound, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be used only for eligible hairforge features.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. hairforge does not receive or store your full card number. A failed eligible AI generation automatically restores the Credits charged for that generation; this is separate from a monetary refund. Monetary refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, bypass usage or payment controls, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected service components, upload unlawful content, or use hairforge in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

hairforge content, design, code, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms and third-party provider restrictions, you may use your generated previews for personal, non-deceptive purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of hairforge technology or branding.

Suspension and Availability

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. We may change or discontinue features, but changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you for an existing purchase.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hairforge does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect AI output, or a specific real-world grooming result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hairforge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
