Refund Policy

Credit-Pack Purchases

hairforge currently sells one-time credit packs and does not automatically renew them. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if none of the Credits from that pack have been used. Once any Credits from a pack have been consumed, the pack is generally not eligible for a discretionary monetary refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Credits that expire at the end of the validity period shown before purchase are not refundable solely because they were unused.

Failed AI Generations

If an eligible AI generation fails after Credits are charged, hairforge automatically restores the Credits for that generation. A restored Credit balance is not a monetary refund and does not extend the original pack's expiration date.

If the automatic restoration does not appear, contact us with the account email, approximate generation time, and task reference shown in your activity page. Do not send us the uploaded photo unless support specifically asks for it through an approved channel.

Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Delivery Problems

Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge, believe a payment was unauthorized, paid but did not receive Credits, or cannot use purchased Credits because of a confirmed hairforge service error. We will review payment-provider records and account usage. Approved cases may receive restored Credits, a replacement pack, or a monetary refund as appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@beardstyles.co or use our contact page. Include your account email, order number, purchase date, payment provider, and a short explanation. Do not include a full card number, password, API key, or uploaded photo.

We normally acknowledge requests within 3 business days. If approved, hairforge submits the refund to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls when funds appear, which commonly takes 5–10 business days after submission.

Provider and Legal Rights

Refunds may also be subject to the payment provider's processing rules. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, chargeback, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when products, providers, or legal requirements change. The policy displayed when you purchase applies to that purchase unless a later version gives you more favorable rights.
